This course covers the commitments that should be laid out in your company's anti-harassment and bullying policy so as to comply with UK law. It explains the differences between harassment and bullying, the steps that can be taken if either of these occur in or out of work, and some case studies to illustrate the points covered throughout the course.

  • Explain the organisation’s commitment to maintaining a workplace free from harassment and bullying.

  • Define harassment and bullying, and describe how they differ in terms of behaviour, intent, and impact.

  • Recognise behaviours that may constitute harassment or bullying, including subtle, indirect, or non-verbal actions.

  • Identify the responsibilities of all staff in promoting dignity, respect, and professionalism in the workplace.

  • Describe the steps to take if they experience or witness harassment or bullying, including internal reporting options and support channels.

  • Apply the company policy to real-world situations by analysing case studies and determining appropriate responses.

  • Demonstrate awareness of their own behaviour and how it contributes to a respectful and inclusive work environment.
