Course Overview
The course begins with an overview of Occupational Health basics and workplace health models. It then explores the creation and implementation of Health Management Strategies, and how to carry out Health Risk Assessments. Learners will understand the full risk assessment process and learn how to manage long-term personal or health conditions in the workplace.
The course also examines employee well-being, substance misuse, and strategies for managing absence effectively. The final modules focus on creating a culture of health and well-being within the workplace, covering leadership, communication, work-life balance, and methods for embracing positive organisational change.
